And here we go with a vegan dessert, like I promised a few weeks ago. It’s chocolate pudding made with soy milk. Quite tasty. On top is some red pepper, what I think, is a great combination with its sweet taste and spiciness.
PS: I am now in my 6th week of my cooking-vegan-once-a-week-challenge and I am really doing good so far. I already replaced meat, sausage and some milk products and really like the taste of all the tofu and soy food.
